The Master of Time Compass
The direction your time is pointing today
This sheet is for looking at where the hours of your day flow.
Along the bottom, low boxes let you set the time you want to keep beside the time that slips away without your noticing, to compare them.
The answer space is left wide open, so you can write it out or draw a chart.
How it works
- Read the question at the top, and slowly call to mind what your days have been like lately.
- In the boxes below, sort and write the time you want to keep, the time that slips away, and the time you'd like more of.
- Read the boxes side by side and see what to keep and what to let go.
- Finally, choose one hour to keep tomorrow and write it down.
When · with whom
This is an activity to do sitting quietly on your own. It helps to bring it out when your days keep feeling scattered.
The Master of Time Compass
- Time I want to keep — within today
- Time that slips away — without my noticing
- Time I'd like more of — if I had more time
- How about reading the boxes side by side and choosing one hour to protect tomorrow?
