Curiosity Seeds for tracing inventions
These cards ask why things people made, like wheels, paper, and clocks, are needed.
Copy it onto the Curiosity Exploration sheet, and you can follow which problem a single invention started from.
How it works
- Spread out the cards and pick one invention you're curious about today.
- Write that question on the Curiosity Exploration sheet, and first think about what would be inconvenient without that invention.
- Write down what you already know and how you'll look into it, each in its own space.
- After looking it up, write in your own words the problem the invention solved.
When · with whom
A good fit for a child who loves science or making things, and good when you want to talk about solving problems.
