Writing Together About Hate
Setting resentment down on paper only
This is a conversation shared by taking turns writing, without speaking.
This sheet is about “resentment.” It doesn't ask you to erase it — it looks at where that feeling comes from and how it eased.
How it works
- Agree not to say anything out loud.
- Start at ① and read in order, then take turns writing one line each in the left and right columns.
- Wait while the other person writes, without hurrying them along.
- Once you've both finished, read it all together from the beginning.
When · with whom
Two people sitting face to face do this. The more a topic tends to raise voices when spoken, the better it fits.
Three questions about "dislike"
- What do you do when you feel dislike toward someone?
- Has that feeling ever melted away?
- Might you have been that person for someone else?
