Words for the act of learning
This sheet is for defining the same word in your own different words. Each sheet holds one word.
The categories are divided by “where in life a word sits” — Heart · Money · Life · Relationships · Path · Dream, and now “Learning” has been added.
This sheet is “Learning.” These may sound like words used only at school, but they actually stay by your side for life.
How it works
- Read today's word together with the dictionary meaning printed below it.
- Write your own definition in the left box and the other person's in the right box.
- Set the two definitions side by side and talk about where they meet and where they part ways.
When · with whom
Do this with two or more people sitting face to face. The more your learning paths differ, the farther apart your definitions land, and that's where the fun is.
