Mistakes, in Writing
A quiet place to lay your mistakes out
This is a conversation shared by taking turns writing, without speaking.
This sheet is about “mistakes.” The questions lean not toward blame, but toward what you learned and how you treat others.
How it works
- Agree not to say anything out loud.
- Start at ① and read in order, then take turns writing one line each in the left and right columns.
- Wait while the other person writes, without hurrying them along.
- Once you've both finished, read it all together from the beginning.
When · with whom
Two people sitting face to face do this. The more a topic tends to raise voices when spoken, the better it fits.
Three questions about "mistakes"
- Shall we write down one mistake you made recently?
- Is there something you learned from it?
- How do you treat someone who has made a mistake?
