You wake up in the morning, and the fridge is speaking to you ever so politely.
This kind of story rolls along better the less sense it makes, so we made the first sentence deadpan from the start.
The fun of this sheet is that the more seriously you write, the funnier it gets.
How it works
- Read the two sentences at the top, then write what the fridge might have said next.
- Don't stop to ask whether it makes sense. Just push on.
- With several people, taking turns writing a line each makes it even sillier.
- Keep writing through the second sheet, then read it out loud at the end.
