Making Stories Together · My Story
Old memories that come along with a broken thing
This kind of story starts at the moment something you'd used for a long time breaks.
At the top sits one line: while you hesitate between fixing it and throwing it away, old memories keep coming back.
This is writing that doesn't make anything up, just what you've lived through.
How it works
- Read the two sentences at the top, then write your own story just as it comes to you.
- You can write only what happened, or add how you felt at the time as well.
- When the first sheet is full, carry on to the second and third.
- Read it from the beginning once you're done, and you may notice a side of things you hadn't seen.
When · with whom
It suits writing alone best. If several people are writing, each can fill a sheet and you can share them afterwards.
