Thirty-One Nights of Questions · Body

Time to listen to what your body says

A journal with one question each night, filling in the days one by one.

The sets are divided by "what lens shall I look at myself through" — Me · Love · Love-and-Hate · Food · Life, and now "Body" has been added.

This sheet is "Body" among them. Not a place to measure your figure or looks, but to notice what your body did today and the signals it sent.

How it works

  1. Before sleep, read the question in that night's box.
  2. Write whatever comes to mind, within two lines. It doesn't have to be long.
  3. If you note the date in its box, you'll see the path when you look back later.
  4. It's fine if you skip a night. Just pick up where you left off.

When · with whom

A night journal to write alone. Especially suits a time when your body keeps sending signals.
