Answering as Each Other
Be the other person, and answer in their place
Thirty cards where you pretend you're sitting in the other person's seat and answer as if you were them.
They ask what makes that person smile these days, and what they're quietly working hard at.
It isn't a guessing game. These cards help you notice the effort you hadn't seen before.
How it works
- Cut out the cards, shuffle them, sit face to face, and draw one.
- Pretend you've swapped seats, and answer as the other person.
- Once you've heard it all, feel free to share what was really on your mind.
- Where something didn't quite match, ask once more right then, rather than correcting it.
When · with whom
Cards for two people sitting face to face. They're written so you can bring them out even on days when hurt feelings still linger between you.
